About the Role

Agrios Verde is expanding its global reach and looking for an experienced Export Logistics & Orders Coordinator to handle international shipments, documentation, and partner communications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international order processing
Coordinate shipments with transport partners
Prepare export documentation (invoices, certificates, customs forms)
Maintain communication with global distributors
Track outgoing shipments and resolve delivery issues
Ensure compliance with EU export and organic certification regulations

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, export coordination, or supply chain
Familiarity with EU export standards (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
English proficiency required; Portuguese is a plus
Ability to work both in-office and remotely
