About the position:

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be an important part of the team, and your tasks will include ensuring that your colleagues develop professionally, creating commitment around activities and campaigns, and ensuring that product representation in the store is optimal. You will also, through your own and your colleagues' sales, contribute to achieving the goals in your area. Although the role does not involve personnel responsibility, you are a key person in driving the store's performance forward.

Responsibilities in the role:

In the role of Senior Service Advisor, your primary focus will be to ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to good customer experiences in your department. You will also act as a support player for the department manager, and in cooperation you will ensure that the customers leave the store satisfied and with the right solutions.

Your daily tasks will include, among other things:

Optimizing operations and efficiency within your area of responsibility.
Ensuring that the store's standards are maintained, and that stock management works well.
Implementation of Nordic strategies in the store and evaluation of the team's performance using key figures.
Together with your department manager, contribute to profitability, cost-effective operation, and ensure compliance with the company's guidelines and procedures.

As a Senior Service Advisor, it is expected that you are a clear role model in the store and that you contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
